2. Orders and Payments

• All orders placed through our site are subject to availability and acceptance by Aion Flowers.
• Prices for our services are listed on our website or provided via a custom quote. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or a service is rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for specific projects or subscriptions.
• For bespoke arrangements, event floristry, and botanical installations, a deposit may be required upon agreement of service, with the balance due upon completion or delivery as specified in the individual contract.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the service. For standard floral arrangements, cancellations may be accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time.
• For event floristry, botanical installations, and larger projects, specific cancellation terms will be detailed in the service agreement. Deposits for these services are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our internal policies and may take several business days to appear in your account.
• Flower workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable to another individual if notified in advance.

4. Delivery and Collection

• Aion Flowers offers delivery services within specified areas. Delivery charges apply and will be communicated at the time of order placement.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
• For collection orders, items must be collected during our operational hours as agreed.
• The recipient is responsible for the care of floral products upon delivery or collection. We provide care instructions with our arrangements to ensure longevity.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Aion Flowers and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this site and for all botanical designs created and commissioned.
